was officially founded, when Pau Corcellas Vallès set himself up as a locksmith in Vallbona d'Anoia (Barcelona) and opened a small workshop where he crafted the first key locks.
1901.
Venancio Ollé Viladiu, husband of Maria Corcellas Sabaté, took over the reigns of the family business, where, through his work as a locksmith and ironsmith, he developed and perfected mortise locks.

The second generation of the Ollé family took over through Joan Ollé Corcellas, who started manufacturing the first safes and mechanical combination locks, making the company a pioneer in Spain in physical security.
1963

This year saw the start of the national and international expansion of the ARCAS OLLE
brand at the hands of Venancio Ollé Sabaté, with the manufacture of a series of embeddable safes, free-standing safes, armoured cabinets and the development of variable three-disk combination locks.
1995

The fourth generation of the Ollé family, through the siblings María Teresa, Joan, María Antonia, Miquel and Xavier, took over the company with the difficult task of consolidating the brand. During this period, new and innovative series of safes were launched on the market, applying laser technology, while UNE EN-1143-1 grade-III and -IV free-standing safes were developed.
